What is workstation cleaning...

Also called technology cleaning or telephone and computer hygiene. It refers to the intricate and specialised cleaning of any IT equipment that is regularly touched and where infection can be easily transferred from person to person.

Our workstation cleaning methods...

When cleaning your IT equipment we carefully remove dust and grime that builds up on telephones, keyboards, printers, fax machines and computers using brushes, specialised tools and pre soaked anti-bacterial wipes. We finish the service by applying a fine anti-viral surface spray (Viropac™) that remains active hours after we have left.

Timing...

Our office hygiene service is generally carried out after normal working hours to minimise the disruption to your employees. We spend up to 30 minutes per workstation to ensure your office equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. Our audit process ensures that each piece of equipment cleaned can be tracked to a particular technician, if necessary.

Highly confidential and high security sites...

Many of our clients have strict security requirements and are from “highly sensitive” industries. They trust our staff to complete their work with confidentiality and to high security standards. We ensure the same technicians service these sites each time and all our employees undergo a criminal record clearance.

Service frequency...

Shared equipment in call centres and at “hot desks” are high risk cross-contamination sites and are therefore suited to a regular cleaning schedule. The frequency of our Office Hygiene service will be developed in consultation with you, together with introducing cleaning measures between Office Hygiene visits to prevent the spread of infection.
